The Korean Language

The Korean language is an interesting language example because it is the only one which has "tense" consonants. In addiition it distinguishes between stop and non-stop consonants which is uncommon. Other than that, the writing has very predictable pronunciation mapping, but a native Korean accent has some subtleties which you have to hear to really see.
